Recent Acquisitions

Case #1, or the Recent Acquisitions Case was completed today with a selection of objects donated to the North Berrien Historical Society in 2008. The center piece is a framed 1956 Insurance Map of the Watervliet Paper Mill. The document is marked confidential and was removed by a former employee before the plant was demolished.

Three "New Things" Reception

The North Berrien Historical Museum is hosting a reception on Friday, February 27 from 5:30-7:30pm. Join us as the museum to celebrate the launch of our new website, meet our new Education Coordinator, and view recent acquisitions to the permanent collection. New objects include dinner service from Ed's Cafe, a 1920s dress, and a 1956 "confidential" insurance map of the Watervliet Paper Mill.
