New emergency lighting was installed this week at the museum to ensure visitor safety. Five fixtures were mounted above exits in the main museum building as well as in the agricultural buildings. The exit signs remain illuminated all of the time, while the lights come on after a power outage. This is one of a number of improvements being made at the North Berrien Historical Museum to ensure a quality visitor experience.
